As Ihelm Enterprises provides a virtual bookkeeping service, this means that you are able to simply post or e-mail your documents to us and we will deal with any questions we have either via telephone or via e-mail - please note that e-mail is the method of choice. We have client's from all over the UK ranging from down south to all the way in Scotland.

Our bookkeeping rates start at a very reasonable £20.00/hour - however you may be eligible for a discount if you are a small business/charity.

Payroll Services start at £15.00/quarter for up to 3 employees being paid on a monthly basis. Each additional employee will cost a further £3.00/quarter.

For weekly payroll rates start at £15.00/month for 3 employees being paid weekly. Each additional employee will cost a further £3.00/month.

We have experience in the following software: QuickBooks® Pro 2004, QuickBooks® Accountant 2006, QuickBooks® Accountant 2010and Sage Accounts. We can also provide accounts in spreadsheet format and manual format.

Ihelm Enterprises belongs to the QuickBooks® Professional Advisors Programme and the SAGE Bookkeepers Programme. This means that we can provide discounts on software to our clients and we also have access to a variety of support systems.

The bookkeeping side of Ihelm Enterprises is led by fully qualified bookkeeper, Arianna R Helm, AICB., a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. As members of the team gain further qualifications, we will continue to update our website. We have been providing bookkeeping services to many small and medium sized businesses since May 2004.
