From the first contact they were organised and efficient making sure both they and myself understood how my particular site was going to move from concept to finished result and as each milestone was reached making sure I was satisfied before moving on. The whole process was smooth and well coordinated with an excellent level of communication and they filled me with confidence that the end result was going to be good; it wasn't good, it was great. Not only does the site look great, it is clear, well laid out and functions unambiguously and easily and this can be surprisingly difficult to acheive. Without a doubt I am more than satisfied with end result. In a nutshell the design and commissioning of The English Cutler was fast, easy, well executed and delivered on time and in excess of expectation and that is as rare as it is satisfying that I found them.
