Outlook:
1) Go to Tools, E-mail Accounts
2) Choose Add New E-mail Account and click Next
3) Choose POP3 and click Next
4) Fill out Your Name, E-mail Address with the information you wish to appear on your e-mails.
5) In the Incoming Server and Outgoing Server boxes, put the information provided to you via the e-mail you received when you purchased hosting from Ihelm Enteprises (e.g. mail.abc.com)
6) In Username and Password, put the informatino provided to you via the e-mail you received when you purchased hosting from Ihelm Enterprises.
7) You can click on Test Settings to see if the account is set up properly. If it is unable to connect to the SMTP server, click on the link found at the bottom of this post and read the topic.
Outlook Express:
1) Go to Tools, Accounts
2) Click on Add Mail
3) Enter the name you wish to be displayed on your e-mails
4) Enter the e-mail address for the e-mail account (we may have set an address up for you and if so this will be in the e-mail you received when you purchased hosting from Ihelm Enterprises).
5) In the Incoming Server and Outgoing Server boxes, put the information provided to you via the e-mail you received when you purchased hosting from Ihelm Enteprises (e.g. mail.abc.com)
6) In Username and Password, put the informatino provided to you via the e-mail you received when you purchased hosting from Ihelm Enterprises.
7) Click Finish.
