Ihelm Enterprises offers the formation of Private Limited Companies that are trading in Scotland, England or Wales. Once payment has been received we will submit your details to Companies House and once we receive the information, we will then e-mail everything to you.

The cost to have us form your company will be £45.00 all-inclusive. There are no hidden charges or VAT added onto the price.

Once your details have been received, you will be sent an invoice. As soon as payment is received we will let you know and submit your company to Companies House. If we have any questions at any stage of the process, you will be notified immediately.

All formations are done electronically and you will receive the following:

- a receipt for the purchase of your company
- the original Certificate of Incorporation
- the original Memorandum and Articles
