If you’re looking for a bookkeeper to help you to keep track of your business finances, then why not get in touch?As a virtual bookkeeping service, we don’t need to meet with you in person or to take up space in your office. We work from our own business premises, which means that we can save you time and money. It also means that we can help clients based all over the country.

How does a virtual bookkeeper work?

There are a variety of ways to send your documents over to us. You can send them by post, use Dropbox and other similar cloud storage services or send them to us by email. We then carry out the same service as any other UK bookkeeper, on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. We’re based in Chorley, and local clients also have the option to have their documents collected in person if they find that easier.

We can also assist with other financial management tasks such as payroll, VAT returns and purchase/sales ledger control.

The bookkeeping side of the business is managed by Arianna Helm who is a fully qualified bookkeeper with the ICB. We have been providing bookkeeping services to SMEs since 2004.

We work with your accountant…

We keep everything confidential and we can work with your accountant if you have one, to make everything a little easier for everyone involved. We can do those little day-to-day tasks and can prepare paperwork so that your accountant can focus only on the real accounting tasks. Why pay for hour after hour of your accountant’s time if those hours will be spent doing basic administration that we could do at a much lower price?

How much do we charge?

We work flexibly around you, we can work at an agreed hourly rate, or we can agree a flat-rate monthly contract for specific types of work.
